What we take on
Repair work, preventive maintenance, and two installation services. If your job is not listed, ask anyway — if it is not something we do, we will usually know who does.
Repairs & maintenance
- Minor home repairs. The running list of small things that never quite get done — loose hardware, sticking doors, failing hinges, worn fixtures.
- Preventive maintenance. Seasonal checks on the parts of a house that fail quietly: seals, drains, vents, and shutoffs.
- Moisture and mold prevention. Tracing damp spots and musty smells back to the source, then correcting it. We prevent and correct conditions that cause mold growth; large-scale remediation is a specialist job and we will tell you if that is what you need.
- Caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing. Tub and shower surrounds, window and door perimeters, trim, and penetrations resealed so water stays out.
- Ventilation and indoor air quality. Bath fans that do not move air, dryer vents that are clogged or disconnected, and rooms that stay damp after a shower.
- Basic plumbing and fixture repair. Faucets, toilets, supply lines, shutoff valves, and straightforward fixture replacement.
- Drywall patching and touch-up. Holes, cracks, and repaired water damage taped, floated, and finished.
- Home safety checks. A structured walkthrough: smoke and CO detectors, water heater temperature, handrails, trip hazards, and anything that looks like it is about to become a problem.
How a visit works
Three steps, no surprises
- You describe the problem. A phone call or a couple of photos is usually enough for us to know what we are walking into.
- We look, then quote. You get the price before work starts. If the real problem turns out to be something different, we stop and tell you.
- We fix it and explain it. Before we leave, you know what failed, what we did, and what to watch for.

If you are already having us out for one thing, it costs almost nothing to have the rest of the list looked at while we are there.
